Song Requests & Voting
Song requests and votes are suggestions only. They do not guarantee that a track will be played, included in a mix, or used at an event. Requests may be approved, declined, marked as played, moderated or removed.
Booking Inquiries
A booking form submission is an inquiry only. It does not reserve a date, establish pricing, create an agreement, or confirm DJ services. A booking is only confirmed after the parties separately agree to the applicable event terms, availability, pricing and any required contract or payment.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including Mixcloud. DJ Carlos Rivas is not responsible for the availability, content, policies or operation of those external services.
Availability & Changes
Website features may be changed, limited, interrupted or discontinued at any time. There is no guarantee that every feature or piece of user-submitted content will remain available indefinitely.
